The HOLY GRAIL of fitness DVDs
This video is the best - you get alot for your money, because 6 fifteen minute segments - 90 minutes. There are 2 programs each for your abs, legs, and arms. Each program is challenging and effective (especially the 2nd Abs program!!!). Try it out on a day that you don't have to walk the next day! The sumo-squats in the Legs program one are a killer!! The DVD is great, because you can pick and choose what parts you want to work out. I like to do one program from each category. I love Tamilee Webb because her cueing is right on and she is serious, but also fun to watch and listen to.... not annoying (like some other video instructers). This is a staple in my workout DVD collection.
A Better Body in Just Three Months!
When I started using this DVD, I was a typical 38-year-old mom of three kids - a couch potato with zero muscle tone. I wasn't overweight, but could have stood to lose a few pounds and was really, terribly out of shape. And I hated exercise!
I bought the DVD based on the glowing reviews - and I am hooked! The segments are short enough that even someone who hates exercise can get through at least one ( I do 2-3 at a time now) every day. It took a while, but after three months, my abs are firm (my tummy has ridges now), my butt has moved up a few inches, my arms don't wiggle and I have lost 7 lbs. My husband is shocked at the improvement in my behind, he said that if he knew 15 minutes of exercise could make my butt improve so much, he would have bought me the video himself years ago.

I brought this video based on it's reviews and boy oh boy everyone was right! on Monday I did Buns 1, Arms 1, Abs 1 (in that order) and by the end DVD my body was soooooooo sore and knew the next day it would only get worse (and I was right) I took a break tuesday and did Buns 1 (again) Arms 2 and Abs 2 on Wednesday and once again, I was struggling to get through the excersices. Arms and Abs 2 are way more challenging than Arms and Abs 1 but if you do this video 3 -4 times a week you will see results in no time. I love the fact that each segment is only 15 minutes long and being a new mom that helps out a bunch.
So get this DVD you will not regret it! [...] Thanks.
